Our PIP Guide

• Place a trash trailer on-site and start the removal of existing siding. 
• Inspect all exposed studs and existing insulation to identify any problem areas. 
• Conduct a general cleanup and haul all collected debris to the trash trailer. 
• Install sheathing over the studs. 
• Install a vapor barrier over the sheathing and tape down all windows and doors. 
• Install the new siding. 
• Paint the new siding and any additional areas contracted. 
• Conduct a detailed cleanup and magnet sweep. 
• Perform a walkthrough with the customer to identify any loose ends. 
• Wrap up all loose ends. 
• Request the final payment.
